Product Return Instructions

Returns within 30 days of purchase date

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of any Honey Badger Demo Forks wrecking bar, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping, and the tool must be shipped back to us within 45 days of your purchase date. Please carefully read the following instructions for returning the product to us:

  1. Notify us of your intent to return the product for a refund, as well as the reason(s) you are returning it. Send an email to or fill out the web form on our Contact Us page.
  2. We will reply to you within 2 business days to let you know that we’ve received your message, and let you know we’re ready for you to continue with shipping.
  3. Tightly pack the tool in a box, preferably using original packaging
  4. Enclose a copy of your purchase receipt!
  5. Ship back to us at the following address

Once we receive your package, we will verify that the tool and copy of your purchase receipt are enclosed, and send you an email confirmation. Your credit card will be credited with the refund within two weeks of the requirements being received by us.

6-Month Manufacturing Defect Replacement

If it turns out that your issue is not covered by our replacement guarantee, you will have to pay shipping to have the tool(s) returned to you.

Please follow the same instructions above for returning the tool(s) to us. In addition to the information you provide from above, also include what type of project you were working on when the issue came to light (i.e. prying off deck boards, tearing off wood siding, etc).

Once we have received your shipment and inspected the tool(s) for manufacturing defect, we will notify you of the status using the email address provided during your purchase. If we determine the tool does have a manufacturing defect that is eligible for replacement, we will ship you a replacement tool as soon as possible. Due to the potential for design changes, we cannot guarantee an exact match replacement, but will make every effort to match as closely as possible.

NOTE: Please write down any updates to email &/or shipping addresses on your purchase receipt enclosed with the return shipment.
